  • Please read through our rates and policies carefully as they do change from time to time.

  • We prefer a 7 night minumim stay. We DO take shorter stays (4 night minimum) when there are dates open between bookings. Please ask.
  • Plus Tax: 17.42% (Hawaii GE + TAT tax)
  • Cleaning Fee $175

Cottage Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • If you cancel prior to 60 days before arrival:
  • We will refund your deposit less a cancellation fee of $388 or 10% whichever is greater to cover expenses incurred and lost booking opportunities.
  • If you cancel within 60 days prior to arrival:
  • You will receive your payment refunded for days rebooked minus above cancellation fee.

Payments
  • If you have any booking questions, call us.
  • Please make your reservation with our trusted VRBO system. Click here for our listing and reservation link.
  • Non US funds require an additional 1.5% fee for currency conversion.
  • We request a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
