To pay safely and securely by credit card, we will email an invioce for payment through PayPal. You don't have to have a PayPal account, just follow the link on the invoice to make payment and if you have any questions, call us.

We request a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Holiday Booking must include both Christmas and New Years day. Preferably, checking-in a few days before Christmas and checking-out after New Years day

Cottage Cancellation Policy

If you cancel prior to 60 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit less a cancellation fee of $289 or 10% whichever is greater to cover expenses incurred and lost booking opportunities.

If you cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive your payment refunded for days rebooked minus above cancellation fee.
